What is VidaTeam Service?
VidaTeam is a cloud-based phone system service for small and medium business. You can interconnect all your branch offices, get local phone numbers from 60+ countries, make free internal calls and international calls at the lowest price. How can I register my iPhone/Android phone or SIP devices to use my VidaTeam service?

First make sure you have downloaded the latest VidaTeam app to your Android device and have your VidaTeam account activated. Log into your VidaTeam account, add extensions, then register your devices or softphone to the extension accounts. You may need the following info for the registrations:

  • The SIP server host name, which can be found in the first page of your admin login.
  • The "Authentication Account" or "Account", which is the Account Number or In-net Phone Number you assigned to it when you opened the account for the extension.
  • The "Authentication Password" or "Password", which is the one your put into the "Device Password" field when you opened the account for the extension.
 
How can I make a long distance or international calls from my VidaTeam?
You can call any number in USA or Canada, by dialing 1+area code + phone number or make an international long distance call, by dialing: 011+country code + phone number. Note: you may need to top up your account to make a long distance call.
 
What are my calling rates for long distance calls?
Please refer to our calling rates on our web site.
 
Can I use my VidaTeam app and VidaTeam account to access Conerence room?
Yes you can, if you order a conference room service in your acount. Just dial *2663 to access the conference bridge. In fact, you can access the conference room either from PSTN phone line, or use any SIP devices.

 

What's the term of contract?
There is no contract for VidaTeam service. Just send us an email with your account number and contact number. We will credit your account for any unused services.
 
Can I have more than one inbound phone number for my VidaTeam?
Yes, you can. Just sign up for the VidaTeam service, then click the "Order Upgrade" button to apply for more phone numbers or any other services.
 
Can I use my own SIP device for my VidaTeam extensions?
Yes, you can use any SIP 2.0 compatible devices as your VidaTeam extensions. However, we do have a recommended list of devices. You can also purchase your SIP devices from us. We will ship them to you unlocked. If you are interested in purchasing a device from us, email us at: sales@vidanetwork.net
 
Do I need both VidaTeam account and VidaTeam account?
No, you do not need to, because your VidaTeam app on your cell phone can be registered to either of the accounts. But you may want to keep both accounts if you want to seperate personal and business activities.

Sorry, we do not offer post-pay service for VidaTeam.
 
Can I make payment from Paypal or bank wiring?
Yes, you can. However, it may not be instant for crediting your account. Please contact us for instructions. We do not think Paypal is a safe online payment system. Therefore, for security reasons, please try to use our online credit card processor for your fund transfer.
 
What happens if I run out of funds in my account?
You will not be able to make long distance calls, if your account balance is too low to cover the costs. However, you should be able to receive phone calls or make free calls to your friends or your VidaTeam extensions by 3-digit dialing. Your account may be deactivated, if you do not pay your monthly service fees for more than one month.
